London Football Midweek Winter Cup (11-a-side 2008-09)
Start: 27th October 2008 Finish: March 2009.
Size: 16 teams divided into four groups. Teams play each other twice in the group.
Kick-offs: 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm & 8.30pm.
Match Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. (teams play a maximum of one match a week).
Match Duration: 90 minutes. Two early kick-offs group & two late kick-offs group.
Format:Teams will play a maximum of one match a week (Monday to Thursday).
Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Final matches are knock-out.
Top two teams in each group will qualify to the Cup quarterfinals.
Bottom two teams in each group will qualify to the Plate quarterfinals.
Teams will play a minimum of seven matches & a maximum of nine matches in the cup competition.
Fee Includes: Pitch hire, referee fees, administration & trophies.

Referees: Qualified FA Referees officiate in all Cup matches (
one referee & two assistants).

Paddington Recreation Ground, Maida Vale, London W9, one Artificial grass pitch and one Astroturf pitch.
Capital City Academy, Willesden Green, London NW10, one Astroturf pitch.
