Size: 10 to 12 teams.

Kick-offs: 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm & 8.30pm.

Match Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, (teams play a maximum of one match a week).

Match Duration: 90 minutes.

Format: Teams play each other once during the season.

Fee Includes: Pitch hire, referee fees, administration & trophies.

Referees: Qualified FA Referees officiate in all League matches (one referee & two assistants).

Venues:
Paddington Recreation Ground, Maida Vale, London W9, one Artificial grass pitch and one Astroturf pitch.

Market Road Pitches, Islington, London N7, two Artificial Grass pitches.
Linford Christie Outdoor Sports Centre, Artillery Way, London W12 0DF, four Astroturf pitches.

Capital City Academy, Willesden Green, London NW10, one Astroturf pitch.

Places are limited to just 12 teams, so it will be strictly first-come, first-served!
